Where is Mona Farm and how do I get there?
Mona Farm is located at 140 Little River Road, Braidwood NSW 2622, approximately three and a half hours from Sydney and one hour from Canberra. We recommend allowing extra time if travelling from Sydney, particularly on a Friday afternoon.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available on site. Please note that it is a condition of the venue that guests do not arrive or depart on foot, as the surrounding roads are unlit and unsealed. There are no taxis or rideshares available in Braidwood, so we encourage guests to plan ahead and arrange a designated driver or make use of the shuttle service if staying in town.
Are there shuttles or transport provided?
A shuttle service will be arranged for guests staying in Braidwood. Further details, including pick-up times and locations, will be shared closer to the date.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at 2:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm and we would love for everyone to be seated and settled before we begin.
Is there accommodation on site or nearby?
Braidwood is a short drive away and has a lovely range of hotels, guesthouses, and self-contained cottages. We recommend booking early, as availability over the weekend fills quickly.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is black tie. If possible, we would love our guests wearing dresses to refrain from wearing white or black, and encourage bright colours and textures. As Mona Farm is a working farm, we recommend block heels over stilettos for comfort on the grounds. More information to follow.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow inside.
How do I RSVP?
Kindly RSVP via the website by 1st June. Please include any dietary requirements at the time of responding, as we may not be able to accommodate requests received after this date.
Can I bring a guest?
We have carefully considered our guest list and all invited guests are named on your invitation. We are unable to accommodate additional guests, but we cannot wait to celebrate with you.
Can I bring my baby or child?
Our wedding is an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives parents the chance to enjoy a well-deserved night off, and we truly appreciate you making arrangements to be with us.
